Return courier fees for unwanted items are payable by the Customer.
11.5 Defective Goods
If a product is defective:
- We cover the return shipping cost.
- We will assess the product.
- Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
11.6 Exchanges
Exchanges are provided only for defective or damaged Goods.
11.7 Gifts
Gift return rules apply as described in your existing policy.
12. Warranty
We handle warranty claims on behalf of the customer, in accordance with manufacturer’s terms.
The warranty process may require:
- Inspection by us or the manufacturer
- Supplier authorisation
- Diagnostic testing
No extended or additional warranties are offered.
13. Use-at-Your-Own-Risk Clause
The use of outdoor, hunting, tactical, edged, or high-risk equipment carries inherent danger.
By purchasing such Goods, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- All products must be used safely, responsibly, and lawfully.
- Gridlock Outdoor cannot be held liable for injury, harm, loss, damage, or death arising from misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unsafe operation.
- Customers assume full responsibility for the manner in which Goods are used.
This clause applies to all high-risk items.
14. Firearm-Related Compliance Disclaimer
Although Gridlock Outdoor does not currently sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated components, we supply accessories that may relate to lawful firearm ownership.
